Retail Sales Executive- Luxury Furniture

CASA|NOVA, Dubai’s destination for exclusive Italian luxury furniture, is seeking experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Consultation:
Welcome clients to our showroom and provide personalized consultations based on their taste, lifestyle, and spatial needs.

Lead Management & Conversion:
Handle walk-in clients, online inquiries, and referred leads. Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close deals.

Showroom Management:
Ensure product displays, merchandising, and the showroom environment are always impeccable and aligned with our luxury standards.

Product Knowledge & Storytelling:
Explain craftsmanship, design origins, and brand stories behind each piece — from iconic collections to bespoke interior solutions.

Sales Target Ownership:
Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales goals while delivering a premium client experience.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order flow and excellent post-sales service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, interiors, or real estate is a MUST.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, spatial awareness, and the ability to visualize how pieces fit in various interior settings.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English ( Additional languages is a plus).
• Strong CRM follow-up and lead tracking discipline.
• Proactive, client-centric, and confident in handling VIP clientele.

Bonus Points:

• Interior design knowledge or a background in furniture/interiors.
• Experience in working with architects, interior designers, or contractors.
• Existing HNW client base or network within Dubai/UAE.
