Retail Sales Executive (Porcelain & Ceramics)

Job Summary

We are looking for two energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our showroom team. As the face of our brand, you will help customers navigate our premium porcelain tile collections, turning their renovation visions into reality. If you have a "customer-first" mindset and a knack for interior aesthetics, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Showroom Sales: Greet customers and provide expert advice on porcelain tile selection based on their technical needs (slip resistance, PEI ratings) and design preferences.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure tile displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to walk-in clients.
  • Sales Process: Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including providing quotes, assisting with billing, and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • After-Sales Support: Follow up with customers regarding order status and handle any post-purchase inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a retail sales or customer-facing role. Experience in building materials, home decor, or hardware is a major plus.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Basic Arabic is a significant advantage for communicating with our local clientele.
  • Personality: A pleasant, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using basic computer systems for billing and inventory checks.

Skills Needed

  • Active listening and persuasive communication.
  • Patience and empathy for customers making high-value home decisions.
  • Basic knowledge of measurements (sqm/sqft) to help customers estimate tile requirements.
