Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Meena Bazaar, you are the face of our brand. You are responsible for delivering a superior customer experience by understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. You will contribute to individual and store sales targets while fostering a welcoming and luxurious in-store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and identify their preferences, occasion, and style requirements.
  • Product Presentation: Recommend suitable products with confidence and style expertise—assist with trials and fittings.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive individual and store sales by upselling and cross-selling merchandise.
  • Promotions & Offers: Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs effectively to increase purchase value.
  • Relationship Building: Create a lasting impression by developing trust and rapport with customers, encouraging repeat visits.
  • Sales Closure: Complete transactions with accuracy, grace, and gratitude—ensure post-sale satisfaction.
  • Professional Conduct: Maintain healthy team collaboration and uphold Meena Bazaar’s grooming and etiquette standards.
  • Omnichannel Awareness: Be familiar with our online portal (www.mbz.in) to assist walk-in customers with online orders or queries.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2-5 years of retail sales experience (women ethnic or fashion retail preferred)
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Graduation preferred)
  • Comfortable with store timings and weekend/holiday shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
