About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and representing the Royal Wrist brand professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales

▸ Welcome and assist customers professionally.

▸ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

▸ Demonstrate product features and benefits.

▸ Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

▸ Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals, and premium products.

Showroom Operations

▸ Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays.

▸ Ensure products are properly arranged and tagged.

▸ Assist with stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock organization.

Customer Relationship Management

▸ Build strong customer relationships.

▸ Handle inquiries and concerns professionally.

▸ Encourage repeat business through excellent service.

Team Coordination

▸ Work closely with showroom staff and management.

▸ Follow company SOPs, attendance policies, and operational procedures.

▸ Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

RequirementsEducation

▸ Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

▸ 1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.

▸ Experience in watches, fashion, perfumes, accessories, mobile phones, or luxury retail is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
