Position Summary:

As a Sales Lead at AETHER Apparel, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in San Francisco. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and shares our passion for outdoor living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
• Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, emphasizing personalized service and product expertise.
• Store Operations:
• Help manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Engagement:
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of AETHER products and their applications.
• Foster a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the ski and snowboard industry and a genuine passion for outdoor activities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
