Job description


We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Retail Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail sales operations across Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail strategies, managing distributor and retail networks, and driving sales growth within the construction chemicals market (adhesives, sealants, PU foam, etc.).

  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network across different regions
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the retail sales team
  • Ensure proper product positioning and visibility across retail outlets
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Maintain strong alignment with company standards and global brand positioning

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, sealants, or related industries
  • Proven track record in managing retail networks and distributors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Very Good command is a must)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel across Egypt
