Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Retail Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail sales operations across Egypt . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail strategies, managing distributor and retail networks, and driving sales growth within the construction chemicals market (adhesives, sealants, PU foam, etc.).


  • Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail network across different regions
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the retail sales team
  • Ensure proper product positioning and visibility across retail outlets
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Maintain strong alignment with company standards and global brand positioning


Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, sealants, or related industries
  • Proven track record in managing retail networks and distributors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Very Good command is a must)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Willingness to travel across Egypt
