Job Overview

MyShops is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Electronics Retail Sales Representative to support sales operations across our retail stores. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting electronics and technology products, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronics products and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote warranties, accessories, and value-added services.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, mobile phones, IT products, or consumer technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics and technology products.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
