Job Objective:

• Provide excellent customer service at the main showroom and achieve targeted sales goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and courteously.
• Demonstrate strong persuasion and sales skills.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Address customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department when necessary.
• Sell SIM cards (postpaid and prepaid).
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Attend meetings and training sessions on new products and services.
• Maintain punctuality and demonstrate effective time management.

Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement

▪ Bachelors / Diploma in Business Administration or such related degree

▪ Arabic and English fluency.

Minimum Work Experience

▪ Minimum (0-1) years’ experience in related field.

▪ Preferably telecommunication industry.

Work Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including lunch break)
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including lunch break)
