Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, identifying needs and connecting them to the right team members.
- Demonstrate and support company products, especially mobile services.
- Handle non-sales service tasks (returns, in-store pickups, basic troubleshooting).
- Help with mobile setup, data transfers, and account assistance.
- Maintain store appearance and functionality, reporting any issues.
- Support inventory tasks, including stock checks and receiving shipments.
- Follow and suggest improvements to processes for a better customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- May require travel to nearby stores (up to 35 miles)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable moving and working in tight retail spaces
