Retail Sales/Cashier

We are looking for an energetic and dependable Retail Associate to join our gift shop team. This position balances customer service at the register along with daily inventory management to keep our shop presentable and fully stocked.

You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, stocking inventory on daily basis, maintaining clean and orderly shop appearance, assisting customers with merchandise and operating Point of Sale Register handling cash and credit cards. The ideal person for this job is self motivated, has outside the box thinking, strong organizational skills and ability to work through a daily task list efficiently prioritizing what is most important on a daily basis. Attention to detail is a must.

The individual who is hired in this position will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a daily basis 3 to 4 days per week. Starting wage is negotiable and based upon commitment to quality and experience.

We are located across the street from New River Gorge National Park Visitor's Center and get a lot visitors so weekends are a must! If you are friendly and energetic, we want to talk to you about a position.
