Retail Salesperson (Lady)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with their inquiries, and provide product information and recommendations.
• Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
• Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed attractively and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and issue receipts.
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Sales Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in handling transactions and maintaining product displays.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
