Retail Shop Manager (CCTV Technical Expert)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Mature, Experienced, and Energetic Retail Shop Manager.

The ideal candidate must have a unique blend of excellent retail sales skills and strong technical knowledge of CCTV installation and product models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Dealing & Sales: Manage daily walk-in retail customers, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
• Quotation Management: Create accurate price quotations for customers, installers, and clients for CCTV setups.
• Technical Assistance: Use your CCTV installation experience to guide customers on the right product models, technical specifications, and setup requirements.
• Shop Management: Oversee daily shop operations, stock maintenance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 6 years of proven experience in retail sales and in CCTV installations.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience or deep knowledge of CCTV installation, camera models, DVRs/NVRs, and networking.
• Personality: Mature, responsible, and possessing excellent communication skills in Urdu (Punjabi and basic English will be a plus).
