Duties

• Manage and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and inquiries to foster community engagement
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using video editing software to enhance content appeal
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional in-store service, relationship management techniques, and personalized communication
• Coordinate public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and supporting branding initiatives to elevate brand awareness

Skills

• Experience with content creation—including photography and video editing—to produce compelling multimedia assets
• Ability to craft engaging copy with excellent proofreading skills for social media posts, blogs, and promotional materials
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns to boost posts and target specific audiences effectively
• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with customers and partners alike
• Knowledge of public relations strategies to support branding efforts across various channels
• Ability to move heavy objects
