Job Description

Beehive Equine is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Retail Specialty Stock Auditor to oversee inventory accuracy and stock monitoring within our retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stock audits, identifying inventory discrepancies, and supporting efficient inventory management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
• Monitor inventory records and verify stock accuracy
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and variances
• Prepare inventory and audit reports for management review
• Coordinate with warehouse and retail staff regarding stock movement
• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Assist in improving inventory control and stock management procedures
• Monitor damaged, expired, or missing items and report findings
• Maintain organized inventory records and audit documentation
• Support management in reducing stock losses and improving operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
• Previous experience in retail inventory, stock auditing, warehouse operations, or administrative work is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good organizational and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Honest, dependable, and highly organized
• Experience in retail or specialty product inventory management is an advantage
