Retail Staff (Gym Receptionist Experience Preferred)

Retail staff play a dual role, acting as both customer service liaisons and operational support to ensure the store runs smoothly. Their responsibilities generally fall into three main categories:

1. Customer Service & Sales

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers immediately upon entry to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Product Assistance: Identify customer needs and provide expert or feature comparisons to help them make informed purchases.
  • Sales Goals: Actively use upselling and cross-selling techniques to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns, processing professionally to maintain brand loyalty.

2. Daily Operations & Maintenance

  • Transaction Management: Efficiently operate systems to process payments, handle cash, and issue receipts.
  • Inventory Control: Unpack deliveries, stock or restock shelves, and monitor inventory levels to report shortages to management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Build and maintain (window or end-of-aisle) to attract customers and highlight promotions.
  • Store Upkeep: Perform cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, and tidying displays, to ensure a professional environment.

3. Specialized Tasks

  • Security & Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor to deter shoplifting and follow company security policies.
  • Store Procedures: Manage opening and closing procedures, including balancing the and securing the premises.
  • Administrative Support: Compile basic sales reports or track price changes as requested by the Store Manager.

GYM SUPPLEMENT knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
