Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from receiving and storing to distributing stock.
- Stock Monitoring & Control: Track stock levels, ensuring accurate records and identifying any shortages or excesses.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and improve overall stock management processes.
- Order & Replenishment: Manage the ordering process to ensure timely replenishment of stock, considering lead times.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Software Management: Implement and maintain inventory management software for efficient tracking and reporting.

Common Duties
- Conducting regular inventory audits and assessments.
- Forecasting demand based on market trends to inform procurement decisions.
- Ensuring the physical storage of goods is organized, safe, and efficient.
- Coordinating with suppliers for the timely delivery of goods.
- Training other staff members on stock room standards and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
