Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are properly labeled and faced for optimal presentation
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments while verifying quantities against purchase orders
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas, aisles, and workspaces through regular cleaning and organization
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to enhance visual appeal
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items or answering product questions

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail stocking, or grocery store environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods; physical stamina is essential
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate stock levels and product placement
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety standards and efficiency
