We are looking for an experienced and mature Store Manager to lead and grow our Raymond showroom on Sindhubhavan Road. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands premium retail, brings strong sales drive, and knows how to run a tight ship on daily store operations.

This is not a short-term job. We are looking for someone who wants stability, long-term growth, and responsibility – someone who treats the store like their own business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Own complete store sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Drive walk-in conversions, repeat customer business, and clienteling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation and merchandising at all times.

Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the retail sales team.
  • Ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and performance of staff.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and on-floor coaching.
  • Handle hiring coordination and training of new staff.

Store Operations

  • End-to-end responsibility of store operations including:
  • Inventory management and stock accuracy
  • Shrinkage control
  • Cash handling and billing discipline
  • Visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure all SOPs and Raymond brand standards are followed.

Customer Experience

  • Personally handle escalations and high-value customers.
  • Maintain world-class service standards expected from a premium brand.
  • Build strong local market relationships and store reputation.

Reporting & Controls

  • Daily sales reporting to management.
  • Stock reports, staff performance tracking, and loss prevention monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of systems, POS software, and MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in retail store management.
  • Proven track record of handling premium apparel, menswear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in managing and leading retail sales teams.

Skills & Traits

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Mature, humble, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial thinking with strong negotiation and selling ability.
  • Comfortable working in high-footfall, target-driven environments.
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
