Locally owned party goods retailer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead their team and drive the success of their retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations effectively. As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging shopping experience for customers while ensuring that the store meets its sales and operational goals.

Duties

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to achieve high levels of performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Supervise cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Experience
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and retail sales processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
