Retail Store Manager - Fort Cavazos

Looking to lead a a small retail team in the fun market of western apparel?

We are looking for talented managers for locations in both San Antonio and Bandera, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that will bring repeat customers
• Supervise the daily operations of the store
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

The ideal manager will have the following traits

• Team-oriented with a can do attitude
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven Leadership experience from sales-driven environments
• Capable of standing and walking around during scheduled hours
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent at delivering a positive customer service experience
• Organized and ability to Multi-Task
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Pay: Starting at 34,000 to 37,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus
