Job Summary:
House of Massage Chairs is a premier retail brand offering a high-end shopping experience in California. Our showrooms allow customers to explore and compare top massage chair brands in a premium, consultative environment.

We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations while actively engaging customers and closing high-ticket sales.

This is a performance-based role — ideal for someone confident in working with customers and converting walk-in traffic into high-value sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and close high-ticket sales ($3,000 – $15,000+)
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Store Operations & Team Leadership:

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain showroom standards
• Lead and support sales staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Product & Market Knowledge:

• Stay updated on massage chair technology and wellness trends
• Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market demand

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience (required)
• Proven ability to close high-value sales
• Previous store management or leadership experience
• Professional, confident, and presentable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
• Experience in luxury retail, furniture, or wellness products strongly preferred
• Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus (not required)

This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in closing high-ticket sales and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
