We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing to optimize product availability and profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store budgeting activities with accuracy.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in retail sales, customer service, POS systems, and product knowledge.
• Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers alike, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a retail environment, preferably with assistant manager or supervisory roles.
• Strong background in retail math, sales management, inventory management, and store operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising techniques, and marketing strategies.

• Ability to work independently
• Graphic art design background is essential. Will be printing DTF transfers on clothing and operating an embroidery machine to fulfill customer orders.
• Ability to help build the brand from the ground up. No web presence at all currently.
• Pay based on base hourly rate plus commission
