Duties

• Greet customers in-store with enthusiasm, providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Promote products and special offers to increase sales and meet or exceed targets
• Manage and grow our social media channels by creating engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite tools. Must speak Spanish
• Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns utilizing Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other tools to boost brand awareness
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others
• Optimize online product listings using SEO techniques and keyword research to improve visibility on e-commerce platforms
• Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationship management
• Assist in photography and video editing tasks to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or e-commerce environments with a strong understanding of social media management
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, and related tools
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to create compelling content through photography and video editing skills using relevant software
• Excellent communication skills for relationship management and public relations activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude with a passion for staying current on social media trends and digital marketing innovations
