Retail Store Supervisor - Category Footwear

Qatar region’s leading footwear retailer, is looking for an energetic and experienced Store Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, and train sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, stock displays, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail supervisory experience (preferably in fashion or footwear).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
