RETAIL SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Must have 5 years of experience in Hypermarket.
Should be responsible for making orders and have a good understanding of FMCG products and market trends.
Managing the work team and distributing tasks and responsibilities to each member of the work team.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally & handle multiple tasks.
Should monitor stock levels, avoiding stockout or overstock.
Resolve operational or customer-related issues and communicate clearly with team and customers.
Able to analyze sale data and prepare reports.
Removing damage and controlling the KVI, availability, and expiry process daily.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: 10 Hrs.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Accommodation, Medical & Transportation: By Company.
Contract: 2 years
Contract: 2 years and vacation complete after 2 years
