Retail Supervisor

Job description:

• Supervise the all the retail’s daily operations, ensuring the efficiency of all departments (retail, security, facilities, cleaning, marketing), achieving targets, and delivering a positive visitor experience.
• Manage tenant relationships.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance, excellence in customer service, and adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and operational challenges.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

• Mall Retail: 2 years (Required)
