About Us

We are a leading retail home center offering furniture, home décor, lighting, kitchen accessories, and lifestyle products. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage daily showroom operations, support the sales team, and deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the home furnishing sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Monitor showroom presentation, merchandising, and product displays.
• Train, motivate, and guide sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.
• Support management in implementing promotional activities and store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across the showroom.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail home furnishing or furniture retail.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of furniture, home décor, and retail operations.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,300.00 per hour
