SUMMARY:
Acts as an integral team member of the Pottery Worx program. Will have understanding of the day-to-day business practices/ADDT program of Pottery Worx and the community at large. Works with Pottery Worx Manager to assure success of day-to-day business practices and quality ADDT programming/vocational training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum high school diploma. Prefer art and/or customer service experience. Must be proficient in a word processing system; Microsoft Word preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintaining instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
