Retail Team member

Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Luxury Juice Bar Barista to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional barista responsibilities—blending elevated hospitality with a strong foundation in nutrition and wellness. You will craft premium juices, smoothies, and functional beverages while educating and guiding guests toward choices that align with their health and lifestyle goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality juices, smoothies, wellness shots, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency
• Deliver an elevated, luxury guest experience through personalized service and product recommendations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of nutrition, including ingredients, superfoods, adaptogens, and their benefits
• Educate guests on menu offerings, dietary considerations, and wellness-focused enhancements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically elevated workspace that reflects brand standards
• Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation expectations
• Support daily operations including inventory awareness, restocking, and opening/closing procedures
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a juice bar, café, or hospitality environment preferred
• Foundational knowledge of nutrition, wellness, or holistic health required (formal education or self-study)
• Passion for health, wellness, and luxury customer service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with guests
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or coursework in nutrition, health coaching, or a related field
• Experience with specialty diets (plant-based, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, etc.)
• Familiarity with functional ingredients such as adaptogens, herbs, and supplements

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
