Join the Retail team at our Downtown branch in Manhattan as a Retail (Teller) Team Lead! Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients.
The Retail Team Lead position assumes a comprehensive responsibility in assisting the Retail Manager with the effective and efficient operation of a branch in accordance with bank policies and legal requirements. The teller, including the team lead position, provides an opportunity to learn what happens at a financial institution, while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development.

This is a full-time position at our Downtown branch in Manhattan, KS; Monday through Friday, working 40 hours per week with a Saturday morning rotation 7:45am - 12:30pm.
Wages start at $19.00-22.00 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
