Retail & Tenant Relations Supervisor (Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Retail & Tenant Relations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a vibrant commercial destination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining strong tenant relationships, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating all on-site operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail and food truck community, ensuring all tenants operate efficiently and in accordance with site policies and standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering positive relationships and promptly addressing operational concerns, complaints, and requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of retail units, food truck platforms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise service providers, including security, cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, and other operational contractors.
• Monitor tenant compliance with lease obligations, health and safety requirements, operational standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site operational staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional environment.
• Support marketing activities, events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives to enhance visitor traffic and tenant performance.
• Prepare operational reports, incident reports, occupancy updates, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, municipal, and regulatory requirements applicable to retail and food service operations.
• Respond to emergencies and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
