Pay Range: $28.88 - $38.51
Responsible for the delivery of training content to include new hires, current staff including platform personnel, customer engagement, service, and other training initiatives. Ability to deliver content using various media and electronic delivery channels. Working in consultation with the Training Manager, the Training Associate reviews all content to ensure the learning objectives are clearly defined. These include but are not limited to technical/system training, job skills training, and compliance. Will assist the Training Coordinator with scheduling, room logistics, and material preparation. Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive material.
Education/Experience

4 year college degree or equivalent education/work experience.

Prior training experience and facilitation skills preferred with increased levels of responsibility.

Minimum 2 years of Retail Banking experience required.

Tasks Performed:

45% Primary responsibilities include the delivery of Retail Banking training content. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs designed to provide the necessary skills to all levels of retail banking positions to include: processing teller transactions, account opening, originating and closing loans, sales activities and best practices and customer experience. Identify and implement best practices for delivery of training to meet the needs of the various audiences that will be trained across our footprint. Deliver training programs as required.

25% Assist in the evaluation of training content as needed to incorporate any new sales/service techniques, policy & procedure changes and/or system updates. Responsible for keeping content fresh, relevant and interactive for the audience. Assist in the design of any new training programs that have been identified by and under the direction of the Retail Training Manager.

20% Supervise and evaluate the daily activities of participants while leading a class. Independent decision-maker on the assessment of participant's progress. Provide feedback on the participant's progress to their supervisor.

5% Participate on committees in support of retail training needs. Attend various meetings at Bancorp and Territory/Market level as a liaison.
