High Quality Water & Air is hiring In-Store Water Quality Surveyors to work inside Home Depot locations in OK! . Your job is straightforward: approach homeowners on the floor, conduct a brief water quality survey. No selling. Just informed, professional conversations with people who are already there to improve their homes.

What you'll do:

• Engage homeowners actively shopping in your assigned Home Depot
• Conduct brief, structured water quality surveys (typically 1–3 minutes)
• Educate customers on local water quality issues — hardness, chlorine, contaminants
• Connect interested homeowners with a free in-home water analysis
• Log survey results and track daily activity accurately
• Represent HQWAA and RainSoft with professionalism on the floor

What you'll earn:

• Performance bonus on top of base
• Full-time Surveyors average $25–$35+ per hour including bonus

What we're looking for:

• Naturally comfortable initiating conversations with people you don't know
• Professional, composed, and easy to talk to
• Comfortable hearing "not interested" and moving on without it affecting your energy
• Reliable transportation to your assigned store location
• Weekend availability — our highest-traffic days
• No prior water treatment experience required — full training provided
