PRIME BPO is looking for detail oriented and confident Retention Officer to join our growing team. This is a full time, on site role ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders
• Identify at-risk clients and apply proven closing techniques to prevent policy lapses
• Build rapport with clients and address objections with empathy and confidence
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of closing experience in a Final Expense campaign (mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close under pressure
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and high energy
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-measured environment
• Basic computer literacy and CRM experience preferred
