Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Retention & Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a high-volume call center environment, and the ability to retain customers while identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide effective solutions
• Focus on customer retention by addressing issues and offering appropriate products or services
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Minimum 2+ years of call center experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of contact center experience
• At least 1 year of retention experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
