Job Summary

Eye Mantra is hiring a full-time Retina Specialist to join its esteemed medical team. The role requires expertise in diagnosing, managing, and treating various complex retinal conditions, with a strong commitment to high-quality patient care. This position is solely focused on retina-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and treat a range of retinal disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal detachment.
• Carry out complex retinal procedures such as vitrectomy, laser treatments, and intravitreal injections.
• Perform thorough eye assessments, analyze diagnostic imaging, and maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Oversee post-surgical care to support optimal recovery following retinal operations.
• Keep abreast of emerging developments in retinal treatments and integrate them into clinical practice.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualifications: MBBS, MS in Ophthalmology, along with a completed fellowship in Retina.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in retinal specialization.
• Proficiency in conducting retinal surgeries and utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment.
