Retired PF & ESI Consultants

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Retired PF & ESI Consultants / Senior HR Professionals with strong expertise in statutory compliance and labour law management. The candidate will act as a subject matter expert, handling government inspections, advisory services, and complex compliance matters.

Experience Required:

15+ Years in PF, ESI & Labour Law Compliance

Key Responsibilities:1. Audit & Inspection Support

• Act as the primary liaison during government inspections.
• Prepare and present audit-ready statutory records including:
• Muster Rolls
• Wage Registers
• Attendance & Salary Records
• Handle inspections related to:
• BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers Act)
• Shop & Establishment Act
• Inspector of Factories
• Chennai Corporation Professional Tax (PT)

2. Advisory Services

• Provide expert guidance on PF, ESI, and other labour laws.
• Interpret new Labour Codes and advise on wage structure impacts.
• Offer strategic compliance solutions to clients.

3. Claim Settlement & Benefit Facilitation

• Handle complex PF withdrawals and pension claims.
• Process ESI medical and maternity benefit claims.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee benefit issues.

4. Client Interaction & Site Visits

• Conduct client site audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide personalized advisory support.
• Address and resolve high-level employee grievances.

5. Strategic Advisory & Market Insight

• Analyze labour law trends and regulatory updates.
• Provide thought leadership on upcoming labour code changes.
• Support business positioning as a leading compliance consultancy.

6. Partnership & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with:
• Chartered Accountants
• Legal Counsels
• HR Tech Vendors
• Generate referrals and business opportunities.

7. Compliance Oversight

• Oversee monthly EPF & ESI return filings (occasional supervision).
• Ensure statutory compliance accuracy and timely submissions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of EPF & ESI Acts
• Strong understanding of Indian Labour Laws
• Experience handling Government Labour Inspections
• Excellent documentation & compliance audit skills
• Strong client handling & advisory capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
