Retirement Plans Team (RPT) & Supported Producer Program (SPP) Specialist

Join a team where precision, professionalism, and client care matter.

Oregon Pacific Financial Advisors is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join our team as a Retirement Plans Team (RPT) & Supported Producer Program (SPP) Specialist.

In this role, you will be a critical part of our retirement plan operations — helping keep paperwork, implementation steps, client communications, and internal workflows moving forward with accuracy, urgency, and care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves creating order, and takes pride in getting important details right the first time.

If you are dependable, proactive, service-minded, and energized by supporting a high-performing team in a fast-paced professional environment, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As the RPT & SPP Specialist, you will provide high-trust administrative and operational support to OPFA’s Retirement Plans Team. Your work will help ensure a smooth, professional experience for clients, participants, and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Schedule enrollment meetings and coordinate participant and client communications
  • Prepare, process, and submit retirement plan paperwork accurately and on time
  • Track plan documentation and workflow status across internal systems and recordkeeper/custodian platforms
  • Maintain visibility into plan progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Support planning documentation, records maintenance, and digital file organization
  • Use CRM and financial-service tools such as LaserApp, DocuSign, eMoney, and related systems
  • Provide administrative support that strengthens day-to-day operations across the firm
  • Assist with scanning, filing, mail, calling, and related infrastructure support
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help strengthen team execution over time

What Success Looks Like

In this position, success means:

  • Retirement plan workflows stay organized, visible, and on track
  • Paperwork is completed accurately with minimal rework
  • Clients and participants receive timely, professional communication
  • Internal teams can rely on you for steady, responsive support
  • Systems and processes improve because you notice gaps and help solve them

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who combines administrative excellence with professionalism, follow-through, and strong judgment.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Clear, courteous, and professional communication skills
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Comfort working with sensitive information confidentially
  • Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital workflow tools
  • The ability to work effectively across teams and keep open items moving to completion
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in a complex industry

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here

This role is a strong fit for someone who is:

  • Knowledgeable and curious
  • Client-centered and empathetic
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Positive and solution-oriented
  • Driven by high standards
  • Resilient under pressure
  • Confident, humble, and coachable

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in financial sales or customer relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with securities law, financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, and cash management.
  • Demonstrated ability in financial analysis using various financial software tools; proficiency in research related to asset management or public accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent math skills with an aptitude for technical accounting principles and corporate accounting standards.
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients and team members.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics or related field; professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are advantageous.
