Role Summary:
The Analyst provides support to leadership with detailed operational, financial, quality and data analysis for their service line, or market. The Analyst performs data manipulation, querying and reporting activities, as well as engages in monitoring and analysis. The Analyst will engage with the Information Technology team and is the principal contact for data integration and system development requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Defines querying requirements, extracts data and creates reports
• Manages files provided by client, converts to required formats, analyzes data, reviews for issues
• Prepares data mapping analysis on files received by clients as necessary for appropriate uploading
• Processes weekly/monthly reporting; identifies issues or concerns
• Analyzes reports to determine if existing processes, procedures, and systems are effective
• Works with IT to develop detailed business specifications to create or modify the services business systems
• Works with leadership to create and implement quality tools
• Shares appropriate information with clients to update their data systems
• Prepares historical distribution results, analyzes data classifications as well as other reviews necessary to give clarity to opportunities

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong systems thinking, and process analysis skills
• Strong data interpretation/analysis/EDI
• Excellent mathematical and critical thinking skills
• Solid database management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Detail-oriented while working in a fast-pace environment
