We are seeking a HVAC Retrofit Sales Engineer to identify and convert opportunities for upgrading existing HVAC systems. The role combines technical expertise with client engagement to deliver cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions and secure new business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants
  • Identify retrofit opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential projects
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate HVAC systems and project scope
  • Present optimal, energy-efficient HVAC solutions to clients
  • Prepare technical submittals, schematic designs, and detailed BOQs to support proposals
  • Negotiate terms and secure approvals to close sales deals
  • Provide technical support and advisory services during warranty or defect periods
  • Conduct heat load calculations and provide optimal HVAC solutions
  • Review specifications, drawings, and tender documents to align with project requirements
  • Recommend cost-effective, energy-efficient retrofit designs
  • Advise clients on equipment selection, system performance, and energy savings


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5–7 years in HVAC sales, retrofit sales, or technical sales engineering
  • Strong HVAC knowledge (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, DX systems, chilled water systems)
