Returned Merchandise & Claims Specialist

Join our growing heavy-duty truck parts team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service. As an RMA & Claims Specialist, you'll manage product returns, warranty claims, and customer resolutions while working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Process returns (RMAs) and warranty claims.
  • Investigate product, freight, and shipping issues.
  • Coordinate solutions with customers, vendors, and warehouse teams.
  • Issue credits, replacements, and claim resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and track claim status.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer service, claims, logistics, or automotive/heavy-duty parts experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
