Description:

The Returns Clerk is a universal role on our Warehouse Team. While the primary responsibility will be the processing of returned goods, this team member will also assist with other warehouse duties depending on the needs of the team at that time. The Returns Clerk position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Receiving returned goods from customers and route drivers

Inspecting returned goods for intake condition

Initiating and following through with return process

 Pulling customer orders

 Receiving freight

 Putting away freight

 Stocking shelves

 Staging materials for shipment

 Loading and unloading trucks

 Helping customers with orders

 Cleaning / Maintaining the warehouse

 Driving forklift

 Shipping small parcels

 Other tasks as assigned by management

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Returns/Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
