• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Visio, and other platforms to visualize key financial metrics for stakeholders across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing, coding, collections, and accounts receivable processes through process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize business analysis skills to evaluate current workflows, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices that maximize efficiency.
• Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and creating predictive models to project future revenue streams.
• Lead projects related to process automation and system integration to improve data accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Provide training and support on analytics tools and business intelligence platforms to team members involved in revenue cycle management.

Experience

• Proven experience in revenue cycle analysis within healthcare, finance, or related industries with a focus on billing or collections.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed business analysis using Visio for process mapping and Salesforce for CRM insights.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques, analytics methodologies, and business intelligence tools to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience managing projects related to process improvement or system upgrades within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting principles and experience applying them within revenue cycle operations is a plus.
