Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Auditor to evaluate billing processes, monitor compliance, and ensure adherence to healthcare financial standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver accurate audit insights that strengthen organizational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Execution: Plan and perform audits of billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, ICD-10, CPT, and local regulatory frameworks.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in revenue cycle operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Internal Controls: Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems.
• Reporting: Prepare audit findings, compliance reports, and recommendations for management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare providers, regulators, and internal teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle auditing, medical billing, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare audit frameworks and GCC compliance environments.
• Proficiency in audit tools, RCM platforms, and reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred.
