Revenue Cycle Management Associate

We’re a growing medical and dental health group seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Cycle Management Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Post medical payments and adjustments.
• Investigate and appeal unpaid or partially paid claims.
• Resolve insurance and clearinghouse denials promptly.
• Verify charges, adjustments, and co-pays/payments.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of healthcare experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, and commercial insurance (preferred).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and promote effective relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
