Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant

We're recruiting for a globally respected healthcare organisation seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant to join the CFO's team. This pivotal role is central to optimising revenue performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency across the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise charge capture processes and maximise revenue.
• Oversee integration and enhancement of EMR, HIS, LIS, and billing systems for seamless charge reconciliation.
• Lead initiatives to innovate charge capture tools such as Flowsheets and Smart Forms, improving automation and accuracy.
• Manage the ongoing development and strategic maintenance of the Charge Description Master (CDM).
• Analyse and address claim denials with root-cause strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Drive continuous process improvements across billing, coding, and revenue cycle operations.
• Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance revenue cycle performance.
• Guide and train clinical teams to align work with organisational goals while promoting professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree, or relevant Bachelor's with specialised certification (required).
• Experience in the Healthcare industry in the GCC region (required)
• PMP Certification (required).
• Minimum 16 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including consulting (required).
• Fully proficient in English; basic Arabic (required).
• Strong competencies in due diligence, audit reporting, and data collection.
