Sadler Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing, credentialing, and revenue operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate billing, maximizing reimbursement, and maintaining compliance with payer regulations. Lead and supervise billing and credentialing teams, including Billing Supervisor and Credentialing Specialists.

Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including claims management, denials, adjustments, and collections.

Collaborate with IT, EHR, and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and reporting.

Monitor and audit third-party payer contracts to optimize reimbursement.

Manage provider credentialing and enrollment with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

Maintain and present monthly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) dashboard to executive leadership.

Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer guidelines.

Coordinate updates to fee schedules and administer the Sliding Fee Discount Program.

Provide training and support to billing staff, clinic managers, and providers.

Identify and implement annual quality improvement initiatives.
Pay for this role is between $80,000- $85,000
Education:
-
Associate’s degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field required.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years in medical billing and insurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in ICD-10 and CDT coding.

Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations.

Experience negotiating payer contracts and Medicare Prospective Payment Systems (PPS) rates.

Preferred: Experience in dental billing, third-party contracts, and nonprofit healthcare settings.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Certifications:

Must obtain coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA) within one year of hire.

Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Medical Billing certificate program.
