Job Summary

Manage and coordinate operational functions of the revenue cycle staff including Coders and Customer Account Representatives. Develop, implement and manage efficient and effective process and procedures to maximize cash flow. Manage and oversee policies, objectives and initiatives of the organization’s revenue cycle activities while maintaining and improving internal and external customer relations.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Two-years of work experience in healthcare billing and two-years of work experience in a supervisory position required. Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with tactful, courteous customer relations; must have a working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); demonstrated problem-solving in routine and urgent situations; competent written and verbal communication skills, be capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff; must have basic mathematical comprehension and be accurate in basic mathematical calculations. May require occasional travel for continuing education to stay abreast of industry changes.

Wage

Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary of $74,882 up to $108,578.
