Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the billing function for this growing practice. Leading a small team, you'll manage the full revenue cycle for a multi-location, multi-disciplinary practice.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee insurance billing, claims submission, payment posting, and collections with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor billing associates, providing guidance on complex cases and best practices.
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean documentation and prompt reimbursement.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., days in A/R, denial rates, collection percentages) and recommend improvements.
• Drive automation and process enhancements to reduce manual work and errors.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the Practice Manager and leadership team.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive medical billing or revenue cycle experience, ideally in an outpatient healthcare setting.
• Expertise in claims processing, denials management, and patient billing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, you bring clarity, accountability, and a coaching mindset.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort with technology.
• Associate degree or certification in medical billing and coding preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
